Welcome! Are you ready to reclaim your life, and live the life you've always imagined living? My philosophy is about living the best life possible. Using an evidence-based approach, I work collaboratively with individuals, teaching them skills and strategies to help them cope with life’s challenges, clarify their goals and ensure they achieve their full potential.
Over the past 15 years I have worked with individuals presenting with a range of psychological or emotional issues including stress and work-related stress, depression, anxiety, worry and rumination, panic attacks, phobias, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem and poor body image. I also have an interest in positive well-being which involves helping individuals overcome challenges such as achieving work/life balance, weight and eating issues, postpartum anxiety and depression, insomnia, managing chronic health conditions, and working with individuals to achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in a number of evidence-based psychological treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. I understand that we are all unique, and provide an individualised approach, tailoring the treatment plan to your specific needs. I also have a keen interest in coaching and positive psychology, and have published research articles in this area.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, registered and accredited with the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am a member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology, and a Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I completed my training, including a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology, at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
